DoJo "Decoding Threat & Reward in Systems: An Embodied Dive into the SCARF Model" with facilitators Winda Evers and Annemarie Koelewijn.
Join us for a lively 3-hour DoJo and workshop designed for ORSC professionals, where we’ll bring David Rock’s SCARF model to life. Through movement, neuroscience insights, and system-aware exploration, you’ll experience how subtle triggers around status, certainty, autonomy, relatedness, and fairness can shape (team) dynamics. Expect fresh perspectives, embodied learning, and a deeper appreciation of the invisible forces that move systems.
The workshop will be held in English Language and while participating you can find a Dutch speaking partner to practice in Dutch in case you prefer.
